A 3.55 carat European cut is flanked by two tapered baguette diamonds in this classic Deco ring. The diamond is graded N in color, often referred to as “Cape” for the Cape Peninsula of southern Africa, home of the early African diamond mines in the 19th century. These warmer-colored diamonds are often very clean internally; this one is VVS2. It is accompanied by a diamond grading report from the Gemological Institute of America. The platinum ring is a finger size 5 ¼; it may easily be sized up by at least two sizes, and down by about one size.
